RENTAL CABINS WANTED

We are now accepting applications for 10 top-flight rental cabins for our rental
program. Needed are 1 bedroom and larger, luxury and ultra-luxury units that
include amenities like home theater rooms, wet bars, multiple indoor whirlpools,
hot tubs, swimming pools (or pool access) and commanding mountain views.

We are in a growth phase, seeking to expand our inventory with quality cabins
owned by good people who simply want to do as well as they can and be treated
fairly by professional property managers.  We don't want to add 300 cabins, we're not
interested in being the biggest company in the Smokies.  We are, however, committed
to exceptional customer service, fair rates, great cabins and doing good business.
Our business model is more boutique-style rather than big-box style.  Personalized,
rather than institutional.  In rental cabins, it's all about the service...

We, simply, will not engage in business that does not benefit all the parties involved.
